We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but you can email or fax questions or orders at any time.

An order takes approximately 7 business days from logo approval. However, during peak seasons, orders may take longer. Similarly, during the off-season, orders may be completed more quickly.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs, often without charging additional rush fees.

Yes, we will accept customer provided garments as long as they have not already been worn.

Yes, we can add hang-tags, polybag, and size label your garments.

Since all orders are unique, there is no set fee. The cost is based on quantity, size, and complexity of the logo. Email, fax, or call us so that we may provide an accurate quote on your order.

For embroidery, all artwork needs to be converted into an embroidery file before it can be sewn onto a garment. We prefer a .jpg or .pdf file; however, if you have a picture of the design, we are most likely able to convert it. We also have thousands of stock designs that you can choose from. For heat transfer, we can use a .jpg or .pdf file.

You will always receive a digital file for approval before your order is put into production.

If you are local, you may pick up your order directly from us. For orders that need shipping, we ship nationwide via UPS. We ship orders Monday - Friday. We also offer both blind and drop shipping.
